PONTOON BREWING STRAWBERRY FIELD OF DREAMS

“If you brew it, they will come.” Allow your field of strawberry dreams to be fulfilled with one of the most approachable styles in beer, an American Wheat Ale. We tooka traditional Wheat Ale recipe, used a Belgian yeast and in Pontoon fashion, added a little kick. We used a Belgian yeast with this style to give it subtle Belgian esters, then added strawberry and rhubarb to make a super crushable beer with hints of sweet strawberries.
